Job Description:

We are looking for an AI Tool R&D to help revolutionize workflows for high-performing social media teams.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Research, test, and evaluate emerging generative AI tools and technologies.
  • Develop and implement advanced AI-powered workflows.
  • Identify practical, real-world applications for generative AI tools across content creation, creative production, and social media operations.
  • Experiment with new AI tools and features as soon as they launch, assessing their potential to enhance existing processes and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Leverage generative AI platforms, including Nano Banana and Seedance, to explore and develop creative content workflows.
  • Solve complex challenges through creative thinking, technical experimentation, and innovative AI-driven solutions.
  • Continuously research and experiment with new approaches to improve AI workflows, creative processes, and team productivity.
  • Collaborate with social media and creative teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and implement AI-based improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in generative AI, emerging tools, and industry trends.
  • Translate ideas and experimental concepts into practical, effective, and scalable AI workflows.
  • Take ownership of AI-related projects, proactively identify solutions, and drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
