This position is striven to develop the level business within the CSEE. The successful candidate will be required to promote solutions and liaising to ensure targets and deadlines are met. The role has responsibility for generating value and growth for both our existing customer base, whilst seeking and developing new business.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of available market and business opportunities for the level product lines and solutions in close cooperation with the CSEE Instrumentation Managers;
• Own the CSEE budget and target for level product lines (Level Process and Level Tank Gauging);
• Support the direct FOSE team with customer meetings, owning and winning opportunities;
• Identify new and actively engage with existing customers by promoting outstanding product features and deploying the best sales practices, accompanied by technical knowledge;
• Increase level market share with targeted competitor displacement;
• Pro-actively use the available sales and support processes, including solution selling, strategic account plans, territory plans, CRM and project teams to improve results and increase business volumes;
• Forecast the level expectations and update the ongoing business planning tools including POR, and territory plans;
• Liaise with internal and external sales teams in product and application knowledge sharing.

You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• Engineering Degree or equivalent;
• English proficiency to business standard;
• Digital literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications [Excel, Work and PowerPoint];
• Background and experience in Sales and Engineering, proven track record of direct selling in a B2B environment;
• Proven track record of account management and securing new business via existing customers;

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience of developing successful internal multi-functional relationships within a matrix organization is advantageous;
• Ability to travel in order to fulfil duties when required is essential across the CSEE countries.
