Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer conversations across online platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through text-based communication.

Progression Structure

Level 1 – Sales Chat Representative

  • $3.00 per hour
  • 3% commission

Level 2 – Senior Sales Chat Representative

  • $3.50 per hour
  • 5% commission

Level 3 – Team Leader

  • Monthly management retainer
  • Revenue share across the business
