Job Description


Admin

  • Manage new hires/leavers processes by preparing work contracts and new starter forms, termination documents, and leaver forms;
  • Assist colleagues with HR Admin enquiries
  • Forming and maintaining employee records;
  • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave;
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides;
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance;
  • Communicating with external partners;
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken;
  • Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
  • Organize social events for employees;
  • Organize office operations and procedures;

Recruitment:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process within a technology environment (sourcing, screening and submitting resumes, interview process, selection, signing contracts and agreement, follow up, feedback and maintaining relationship with candidates);
  • Involvement in the onboarding of candidates and pre-screening process;
  • Communicate effectively with the hiring managers and senior stakeholders;

Qualifications


Must have:

  • 1,5+ years experience as a HR administrator, Admin Officer or in a similar role;
  • Good understanding of labour laws;
  • Organisational skills and ability to prioritise;
  • Interpersonal with good communication skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in Romanian, Hungarian & English;

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in the IT field;
  • Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques;
  • A good judge of characters, able to sense and understand the human behavior;
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of MS Office Products (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
