Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
  • A minimum experience in a similar position is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent research skills.
  • Good understanding of legal principles and practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office package (specifically MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced level of English (writing, speaking, reading)
Responsibilities
  • Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing basic commercial contracts.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various matters.
  • Assist the team with matters related to the Trade Register, ANAF, local taxes, ANCPI, banks.
  • Maintain relations of an administrative nature with public institutions, authorities with jurisdictional powers, notaries public and bailiffs, public administration bodies and other legal entities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department as needed.
