Job Description
The Role
You will be identifying new lands, providing proper documentation, as well as conducting negotiations to successfully delivering renewable projects across Romania.
Responsibilities
- Identifying new sites
- Conducting negotiations with all stakeholders (landowners, developers...)
- Managing land lease agreements and all required documentation
- Ensuring new business opportunities are pursued to their maximum potential
- Understanding company strategies and developing business practices accordingly
- Ensuring communication and coordination throughout the full process
Business Skills
- Strong verbal and written skills in Romanian and English
- Confident in building relationships internally across the team, and externally with land owners
- Adept at working to challenging deadlines, prioritising effectively and managing own workload.
- Enjoys working with a dynamic and highly engaged team, as well as working independently.
- A flexible and pro-active attitude, keen to take responsibility and to use initiative.
