About the role:

Interdiligence is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support our data and intelligence analysis teams in delivering strategic management projects. In this role, you will assist in transforming complex data, research findings, and business insights into visually compelling reports, presentations, and infographics that enhance client decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer to develop skills in data visualization, business communication, and strategic design, while working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in designing reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate strategic insights.
  • Develop infographics, charts, and data visualizations to simplify complex information.
  • Work closely with analysts and project managers to create clear and engaging visuals for client-facing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials, ensuring a professional and modern aesthetic.
  • Support the team in refining design processes to improve visual storytelling and data presentation.
  • Create digital assets for reports, websites, and marketing materials as needed.
  • Stay updated on design trends and visualization techniques to continuously improve creative output.

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization and infographic design.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset for problem-solving.
  • Ability to translate data and concepts into clear, visually engaging graphics.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with Figma, motion graphics, or UI/UX design is a plus.
