Do you excel at customer service and have a passion for green mobility? We’re looking for remote Customer Service Representatives to support clients in the EV industry. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction in an innovative sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support customers in the electric vehicle industry with inquiries and issues.

· Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently.

· Provide information, resolve issues, and address customer concerns.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

· Collaborate with team members to deliver top-quality service.

· Work rotating shifts within our 24/7 operation.

Requirements:

· Proficient English language knowledge.

· Previous experience in customer service.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

· Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.

· Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.

· Must be eligible to work as a self-employed individual.
