Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI, CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates.
• Set up and optimise conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing campaigns.
• Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts is an advantage.
• Google Ads Certifications are a plus.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
