What you’ll do

  • Sit in on client meetings and learn how real business conversations happen
  • Help organize notes, follow-ups, and client info (yes, keeping things tidy matters )
  • Research cool industries, companies, and trends to support new ideas and projects
  • Work with teams from tech, marketing, sales, and recruiting to see how everything connects
  • Help build presentations, updates, and reports that people actually use
  • Track project progress and learn how teams solve problems when things get messy
  • Shadow experienced teammates and slowly take ownership of small tasks and projects

What you need to be successful

  • Recently graduated (or close to graduating) in Business, Communication, Tech, or something similar
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English
  • Curious, organized, and not afraid to ask questions
  • Good with people and naturally proactive
  • Interested in business, tech, startups, clients, or how companies grow
  • You don’t need experience! Internships, student projects, volunteering, side hustles, or being super involved in uni life totally count
  • Someone who likes learning by doing
  • The person in the group chat who keeps things organized
  • Motivated to grow fast and take initiative without waiting to be asked every time
