Job description:

• Entry level position with growth potential (1-2 years experience in project coordination)
• Screen and evaluate linguistic resources according to an established procedure
• Interface with linguistic resources worldwide
• Handle work orders for linguistic resources
• Interface with our European customers
• Coordinate localization projects
• Assist Project Managers in the US headquarters and European branch
• Learn translation industry technology

Desired skills and expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA in Modern languages is a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of English
• 1 or 2 years experience in project coordination or international field - it's a plus
• Knowledge of a foreign language other than English at close to native level - it’s a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in word processing and communication tools
• Quality- and detail-oriented approach
• Self-starting, pro-active attitude
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment
• Interest in new technologies and new tools
• Interest in becoming a Project Manager and taking on new responsibilities
• Willingness to work long hours/weekends when needed
