What you’ll do

  • Some jobs are about sitting at a desk all day. This isn't one of them. If you enjoy being around people, keeping things moving and making an office feel like a place people actually like coming to, keep reading.
  • ✨ Welcome colleagues, candidates and guests, making sure everyone feels at home.
  • Handle deliveries, mail and office supplies, keeping everything running behind the scenes.
  • ✈️ Help teammates with business travel, from bookings to travel documents and expense checks.
  • Support basic finance-related tasks, like tracking expenses, organizing invoices and helping keep things in order.
    • Get meeting rooms ready, support office visits and make sure every guest has a great experience.
  • Stay in touch with suppliers and help keep the office in great shape.
  • Keep an eye on the workspace, flag anything that needs attention and help create a safe, organized environment.
  • Jump in with everyday admin tasks whenever the team needs an extra pair of hands.

What you need to be successful

  • You like being where things happen.
  • You're naturally curious and ask, "How can I help?" before someone has to ask you.
  • You enjoy making people's day a little easier.
  • You can switch from welcoming a visitor to solving a small office issue without stressing about it.
  • You'll occasionally need to drive, so having a driver's license helps.
