Executive Assistant

SIG is looking for an executive assistant for the Corporate Office & Group Corporate Responsibility department to provide customized and timely support to executive members.
Key responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Screen and direct phone calls and circulate correspondence

You bring these skills, experience & education
  • 3-5 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge (especially PowePoint)
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
