Olinio is recruiting on behalf of a prominent Digital Marketing agency in Bucharest, seeking a talented Web Graphic designer to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and user-friendly web designs that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.
• Design and optimize graphics for websites, ensuring responsive and adaptive design across various devices and platforms.
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and identify user needs to create effective design solutions.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and flow diagrams to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet user requirements and business objectives.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and interaction.
• Maintain consistency in visual elements and behaviors across all digital platforms.
• Work closely with developers, project managers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and integrated digital experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web graphic design and UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Having Videography skills is a plus
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Excellent graphic design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing web design and UX/UI projects.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on user-centric design.
