Customer Support English & Romanian

To apply for this role you must be able to speak English proficiently (C1). During registration, we will ask you to prove your English language skills by either providing a relevant qualification (e.g. IELTS or CEFR) or we will conduct a language assessment with you.

We are a large Language Services company working with Public and Private Sector clients all across the UK. We help limited English-speaking foreign nationals access critical services, such as medical services, by providing interpreters that speak their language.


About the role


We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team! We're currently recruiting for interpreters who have excellent English and Romanian language skills.

Work Schedule


We have 1 position available:

  • Full time - Monday - Friday - 10am - 7pm

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience within a customer service / office-based role is advantageous

Key Responsibilities


The role is to provide telephone and/or video interpreting for limited English speakers in the UK, for example Romanian nationals, to help them access critical services such as medical, council or legal.

Interpreting and communication must be effective and accurate. This is a highly rewarding job role that will challenge your temperament, your ability to think on your feet, and your linguistic skills.

In this role you will experience a diverse and varied number of situations in which you might interpret, including but not limited to:

  • Medical appointments
  • Meetings with public officials
  • Legal matters and Immigration meetings
  • Social Services
  • Child Protection appointments
