You will be working in a new team serving our global client, a world-leading social media platform that allows users to create and browse videos.

What we expect:
Medium (B2) level of Italian and medium (B2) level of English

Experience within data annotation/ labeling-related fields will be considered a plus

Availability to work remote, full-time, in rotating shifts, 08:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday

Attention to details, with a focus on accuracy and consistency in content evaluation.

Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

Strong self-organization, decision making and analytical abilities

Your daily responsibilities will include:
100% backoffice activity

Reviewing videos and judging videos/ accounts in accordance with the ︁︀︂︃︃︈︁︁︉︂client's ︁︀︂︃︃︇︃︁︃︂processes, policies and guidelines

Handle and assess sensitive and potentially distressing content with empathy and professionalism

Responding to the client's inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals

Liaising with the client's internal teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production

Provide accuracy reports on a regular basis
