Previous experience in creating, planning and executing campaigns and communication strategies;
Previous experience in managing and hosting webinars;
Knowledge of BTL campaigns, would be considered an advantage;
Previous experience in Event Hosting and Coordination;
Previous experience working close to the HR area, would be considered an advantage but not mandatory;
You are an excellent communicator both verbally and written, in Romanian and English;
Ability to work at both strategic and execution levels, assuring that things will be done on time;
Strong Results-oriented mindset and communication skills;
Ability to influence and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
Strong creative and innovative mindset and ability to adapt to a changing environment;
Resilience to work in a fast paced environment with changes and different scenarios;

We are hiring a Wellbeing Engagement Specialist (Campaign B2B2C) to our partner Wellbeing Engagement team in Bucharest.

You will be a culture transformational agent, bringing our partner clients closer to the company mission and advocating on their behalf to clients, users, suppliers, and third parties. This is a position inside the Global Revenue team responsible for executing our partner strategies locally and working closely with their Client Success team and clients.

In partnership with the global and regional teams, support country demands and opportunities to leverage the execution;
Build scalable programs to increase results of Mid Market clients in a very efficient way;
Execute strategies to increase the reachable market through HR communication channels;
Support internal communication channels and HRs (Culture) Strategies in companies from different realities, sizes, sectors, and audiences;
Build with CS Executive the action plan for their clients, according to business opportunities using scalable resources;
Monitor and control results of plans;
Build customized action plans for strategic clients when needed, working with internal stakeholders to implement exclusive actions;
Relaunch clients and launch SKUs for clients with scalable solutions;
Train Client Success teams and keep they updated about Wellbeing Engagement campaigns, services, SLAs and programs;
