Are you our next QA Engineer?

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the flawless execution of our promotions, as well as verifying that all promotional features are functioning as expected across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of the world’s most popular online gaming companies and collaborate with an experienced marketing team.

By joining us, you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work during the week.

What you will be doing

• Test and verify the accuracy of promotions across all channels (product, website, communications).
• Ensure seamless player experience by reviewing end-to-end user flow in marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the execution of compensation processes, investigating player issues and ensuring timely compensation when required.
• Test and review marketing campaigns on web and mobile platforms, ensuring compatibility across various devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance user experience.
• Create and maintain QA methodologies and workflows, ensuring consistent quality standards.

Who we are looking for

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, able to identify issues beyond the assigned task.
• Ability to quickly understand complex processes and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• High-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitasking capabilities.

You might also:

• Familiar with QA methodologies and writing QA documents.
• Experience with QA management tools such as Jira or Quality Center.
