• Design new engineering products and processes for RAM production
• Craft models and drawings of products using CAD Improve existing products and processes
• Find creative design solutions to problems Present prototypes and designs to customers and project managers
• Good understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design
• Maintain documentation and records on the products and write detailed reports to make them accessible to various department heads Knowledge of technology and material advancements

• Study degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or similar professional experience
• You are highly experienced in the design and proof of rotating electric machines
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and composite design methodologies (e.g., fibers, matrix systems, laminate theory, aging…) as well as related manufacturing processes
• Ability to apply logical, analytical and innovative thinking on a range of technical problems and make balanced decisions across technical and business parameters
• Knowledge and experience of product integrity / liability and certification frameworks
• Excellent modelling and composite design skills
• Desire to work in an interdisciplinary and agile team to drive innovative design solutions
• Knowledge of Polarion and Teamcenter appreciated, but not necessarily needed
• Good communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization
• Previous experience as a Design Engineer or a similar role
• Experience using CAD software special INVENTOR; knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
• Ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers
• Very good knowledge of the Romanian language (level C1)
