Position:
Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location Preference: Hybrid (from Cluj); or Home Office, RO

Are you a skilled software engineering professional seeking your next challenge? Join our Riverbed Aternity End User Experience Monitoring (EUEM) team as a Senior Software Engineer, and craft robust systems for our innovative software solutions. Lead projects that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, and elevate your career with us!
What you will do:
  • Design and develop SaaS microservices with complex performance & scale considerations
  • Hands on backend development of our core SaaS solution
  • Hands on design and implementation of Scale, Big Data, Performance and High Availability services
  • Take part in the CI\CD process and delivery
  • Take part in software design, Architecture, code reviews
What makes you an ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology (or equivalent)
  • Experience of at least 8 years of backend development
  • Strong Development skills in Object Oriented languages and specifically Java
  • Proven architectural skills - experience with large-scale systems design, troubleshoot distributed systems
  • Experience in Linux, Docker and AWS services
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS technologies, Scale, High Availability, Kafka, microservices architecture, big data performance
  • Experience with monitoring solutions such as AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, and the ELK stack
  • Familiar with DevOps processes and deep knowledge of CI\CD methodologies - Big plus
