A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student - Project Support Specialist you will work as a project member, and actively coordinate activities necessary to complete project tasks assigned by the Project or Program Manager.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Runs and follows up on activities within the project organization
• Consolidates data for the creation of project slide deck presentation
• Organizes meeting/workshop setups
• Engages and coordinates with project team members, vendors and stakeholders
• May assist in estimating budget and schedule projects based on scope and other benchmarks
• May functions as a liaison to client stakeholders and project team members to ensure completion of projects in accordance with defined standards from inception through completion

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a multidisciplinary team
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies is appreciated
• Advanced English language skills
