Our customer is a German company specializing in comprehensive IT solutions, supporting enterprises in their digital transformation. With extensive experience, it offers high-quality services that include IT infrastructure management, business applications, and modern workplace (Digital Workplace) solutions. Our customer operates as a dynamic IT service provider, supporting the digital transformation of the German economy.

Main responsibilities:

• Conception of viable network solutions including low-level design and technical implementation planning,
• Implementation of solutions, documentation, and subsequent transition to regular operation,
• Planning and setup of networks in preparation for Data Center / Cloud migration (SAP and non-SAP) and supporting migrations,
• Focus on Cisco data center networks, including ACI adoption, customer requirements validation, and offer preparation,
• Planning and execution of Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs),
• Participation in technological innovations and further developments,
• Identifying automation potential and contributing to the development and introduction of automation processes,
• Supporting various operations units in handling prioritized incidents and complex Changes,
• Actively sharing knowledge through training, demo presentations, and within pilot projects.
