Key responsibilities
  • Packaging Material Contract management (draft preparation and coordination, archiving, etc.
  • Packaging Material pricing scheme maintenance in SAP SD
  • Set up in SAP SD of customer rebate agreements for Packaging Material
  • Settlement and pay-out of bonus agreements
  • Keep track of Customer sales targets (RBO) and of rebate accruals and ensure a high accuracy of these accruals
  • Invoice the engraving of the printing cylinders
  • Support Market Controlling team during yearly Budgeting process
  • Create recurring customer reports or upon request using SAP SD and Microsoft Excel
  • Update working procedures on a yearly basis to reflect the best practices
  • Involvement in process improvement procedures
  • Active implication in his/her career path development

You bring these skills, experience & education
  • Education: Commercial or financial Degree or Commercial apprenticeship
  • English skills: Independent user, German skills are an advantage
  • Microsoft Excel skills: Independent user
  • SAP Independent user
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, rebates, financial roles, customer support
