We want to expand our sales team and are looking for a motivated and ambitious sales representative. By joining our Swedish company, you will have the unique opportunity to work with upcoming foreign companies that want to expand into new markets with innovative and exciting products or services. You will have a key role in the sales process, representing Nordic companies active in industries such as manufacturing, product development, and MedTech.

If you are a self-driven, structured person with a passion for driving business growth with cold calling as a core responsibility, you could be the one we are looking for to join our team.

About Staxto
Staxto provides services for companies to expand outside their local market with the help of our sales representatives. By joining us, you will be part of a technology-driven and innovative small business that has chosen a flat organizational structure.

Your responsibilities
Cold calling will be your primary method of communication for identifying and booking meetings with potential clients. You will:

  • Conduct sales activities with a strong focus on cold calling to book meetings.
  • Identify and engage new potential B2B clients using various strategies.
  • Conduct joint customer meetings, primarily web meetings.
  • Work both independently and in collaboration with others to plan work to achieve established goals.
  • Work closely with and represent Nordic companies in parallel.

Your skills

  • You are experienced in cold calling and understand its importance for booking meetings.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in different languages.
  • You have a technical understanding, and you are curious and eager to learn, as you will represent Nordic companies that are in the technology industry.
  • You have experience in new customer sales.

  • Job Type: B2B-contract
  • Working hours: Flexible working hours, Monday-Friday, Full-time, Part-time
  • Location: Work fully remote from any location
