What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain a set of automated tests for WEB services;
• Work as part of Scrum team (PO, Dev, QA);
• Actively interact with developers and determine the best approach to testing;
• Work with other team members to analyze business requirements, plan, formulate and achieve goals within iterations;
• Participate with other teams in quarterly program increment planning, achieve business goals;
• Most tasks involve writing code, manual testing may be used for exploratory testing;
• Initiative, willingness to provide reasoned opinions and suggestions for improvement in testing approaches, development and the system as a whole are welcomed;
• Creating automated tests: Javascript, Selenium and Cucumber;
• Technologies and tools: GraphQL services, AWS, Gitlab, Javascript, Selenium, Cucumber, Lens, Grafana, Postgres DB.

What you need to be successful

• Experience in manual and automated testing;
• Knowledge of JavaScript (or other frameworks like Java);
• Understanding of software development processes and testing methods;
• Sharing the ideas of shift-left testing approach and desire to develop in this direction;
• Understanding of the principles of web-applications;
• Ability to understand the work of the service using English-language documentation.
