Booking Coordinator

About the role

This role is an excellent starting point within the business, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to look behind the scenes of a fast-growing Language Service Provider.

As a Booking Coordinator, based in the Operations Department, you will provide work with to all areas within the business, as well as communicating with our interpreters and clients. The role offers a great opportunity to learn a wide variety of skills within a fast-paced growing area of the business.

We are looking for highly organized, self motivated, quick thinking individuals to join our successful and ever expanding team.

Your main duties

• To manage a large amount of inbound & outbound bookings in a professional manner, booking interpreters onto relevant jobs, resolving queries and liaising with other departments
• Multitasking between bookings, alongside handling a large volume of emails from clients and interpreters
• Maintaining professional communication with interpreters and clients regarding their bookings when dealing with queries
• Prioritizing tasks within the team, showing organization, quick thinking and flexibility
• Assist other departments when support is required
• Troubleshooting to ensure we provide the best possible service in unexpected scenarios

• Previous experience of working in fast paced environment (essential)
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment (essential)

• Can use initiative in a pro-active manner
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Social and outgoing and easily able to build relationships
• Proficient with all facets of MS Office
• Have an eagerness to learn and develop skills
