Your Impact

As aCollections Analyst II / Cash and Collections Analyst at OpenText, you will play a key role in optimizing revenue conversion into cash. You will analyze customers' financial conditions, manage accounts receivable, and ensure timely collections while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and customers. Your ability to resolve disputes and improve processes will contribute to the company's financial health and customer satisfaction.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Education& Experience: First-level university degree in business, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in collections, credit, or accounts receivable.
  • Languages: Advanced English and German (spoken and written).
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles and dispute management processes.
  • Collaboration: Ability to engage positively with internal teams and customers to drive results.
