• SAP Support Packages Update and notes implementation
• Functional tasks like maintaining of calculation rules, schemas, features, forms (as part of ticket resolution)
• Customizing Master Data, Time Management, Payroll, Organizational Management (OM/PA), Business Travel Management
• Development of concepts, implementation, performance of functional tests, documentation and troubleshooting
• Implementation of Change Requests to SAP HCM module in cooperation with business departments
• Transport management of changes from testing environment to quality and production system
• Supporting ABAP developers

• Ideally educated to Bachelor's or Master’s Degree level or equivalent
• At least 5 years SAP HCM Payroll and Time (PY/PT) Customizing and Functional Knowledge
• Proven success in contributing within a team environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset to build and foster continuous trust within the internal team and clients

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h), 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: business-fluent English, nice to have German
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
