We’re looking for a Marketing Director who’s not just creative — but strategic, result-driven, and ready to take full ownership of our marketing vision across digital and offline spaces. This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to build teams, scale campaigns, and deliver results that speak for themselves.Your Mission

As our Marketing Director, you’ll be the architect of our global marketing operation — defining strategy, building the team, overseeing execution, and driving growth across all key channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute brand strategies across web, social media, email, SEO, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
• Build our presence across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) with meaningful, quality content.
• Identify, engage, and manage high-impact influencers and media partners in the cigar and lifestyle spaces.
• Lead content creation (photo, video, articles) that tells the story of each brand and drives conversion.
• Generate and track performance metrics for visibility, engagement, and sales — and optimize accordingly.

Offline Marketing

• Organize unforgettable experiences: trade shows, cigar tastings, launch events, industry meetups.
• Lead ATL and BTL efforts to strengthen brand presence in key global markets.
• Cultivate partnerships that elevate our reputation and visibility in the premium tobacco world.

Team & Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing, international marketing team from scratch or by re-shaping current workflows.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and KPIs — and hold the team to them.
• Bring structure, strategy, and accountability into all marketing processes.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven marketing leader with at least 3+ years in a Director-level role — preferably in premium consumer goods, luxury, lifestyle, or cigars.
• Strong track record of tangible results: growth in e-commerce, influencer ROI, viral campaigns, brand expansion.
• Hands-on experience in both digital and offline marketing.
• Comfortable leading content production, social media strategy, and analytics — with an eye for branding.
• Experience building or restructuring marketing teams and managing creatives, freelancers, and agencies.
• Fluent English speaker (C1+ level) — Spanish or other languages are a plus.
• Strategic thinker with a «roll-up-your-sleeves» approach — you get things done and know how to prioritize.
