As Sales Manager at SGB-Electroalfa SRL., you are the first point of contact for our customers, dealing with their concerns and strengthening long-term customer relationships through regular contact. You will also collect customer feedback to improve our products, create reports and work closely with other departments to ensure effective problem solving. In this role, you have the opportunity to build and develop the sales team of a growing business, leave your unique mark, and potentially advance to the position of Head of Sales and Order Execution team.

These are your tasks:

  • Customer service: You are the first point of contact for our customers and deal with their concerns, questions and problems.
  • Relationship management: You maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships through regular contact and personal support.
  • Problem solving: You identify and solve customer-related problems quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Feedback management: You collect, analyze and use customer feedback to continuously improve our products and services.
  • Consulting: You provide our customers with expert advice on our products and services and support them in making the best use of them.
  • Reporting: You will produce regular reports on customer queries, complaints and solutions to keep management informed of current trends and developments.
  • Teamwork: You will work closely with other departments to ensure that customer concerns are dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Participation in projects to optimize processes and standards for sales
  • Evaluation of order costing with error analysis

This is what you bring:

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in customer care, customer service or customer relationship management (CRM), for example Reprezentant Serviciu Clienți / Manager Relații Clienți / Specialist Suport Clienți / Manager Conturi Clienți / Manager Servicii Clienți / Manager Succes Clienți / Vânzări (m/f/d)
  • Experience in analyzing and using customer feedback to improve products and services
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to find customer focused solutions.
  • Good knowledge of ERP software and other relevant IT systems like MS-Office.
  • Understanding of analyzing customer needs and developing appropriate actions to meet those needs.
  • Seriously good command of written and spoken English.
