As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and taking orders from our established inventory. This role involves regular communication with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

What does a day in the life as an Account Manager look like?
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
    • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service and attention.
  • Product Knowledge & Consultation:
    • Demonstrate expert knowledge of our range of luxury pens and understand our product codes.
    • Provide customers with updates on available inventory, new product launches, and any special offers or limited-edition items.
  • Sales Growth & Retention:
    • Ensure repeat business by maintaining high customer satisfaction and by proactively offering relevant products and services to existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional items from the inventory.
    • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and preferences in the CRM.

What are the required qualifications of an Account Manager?
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the luxury goods or high-end retail sector.
    • Experience with B2B and B2C sales and working with discerning, high-net-worth clients is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with luxury clients.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth order processing and timely follow-up.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of the luxury goods market, particularly writing instruments, is desirable.
  • Personality Traits:
    • A passion for luxury goods and a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship.
    • Customer-centric with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to handle complex customer requests.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, while also being a strong team player.
    • Polished and professional demeanor, with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
