Project description
This project is one of the most critical areas within Investment Banking: Asset Management for Passive products. We, as proven premium development service providers, are working closely with our customer to help them to be on the top of the market. This requires us to be agile to market change, responsive to the challenges and invent the best suitable solutions based on modern technologies, platforms and frameworks.
Applications under our management are consuming data from various internal and external systems and enriching it using complex business logic; robustness and efficiency of these processes being the key factors.
Responsibilities
Application and business user support activities:
Communication with the
Monitor business processes and production stability
Incident management
Participate in solving discovered issues
Maintain the Knowledge Base documents
Collaborate with the development team on application improvements
Involvement in technical investigation and root cause analysis
Skills
Must have
English advanced (reading/writing and speaking) -> must to have
Good communication skills
Oracle SQL skills (for support purpose)
Incident management and support process
Basic scripting and programming experience
good understanding SDLC and development practice
Nice to have
Understanding of Asset Management or Investment Banking domain.
