THE ROLE INVOLVES:

• Alongside our Office Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
• Providing general administrative support and assistance to our colleagues in their daily activities.
• Making sure that all the needed supplies are ordered in a timely manner and that office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodation.
• Building and maintaining a good relationship and interaction with our suppliers.
• Ensuring effective supervision of the auxiliary personnel.
• Handle office mail and correspondence.
• Providing administrative and logistic support on organizing different internal & external events and initiatives.
• Actively participating at inventories and other related activities.
• Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Excellent language skills: English, MS Office, and other administrative tools.
• Tact, diplomacy, and courtesy when dealing with a diverse range of interlocutors (internal and external).
• Planning, prioritizing and the ability of managing multiple tasks/ projects are essential in this role… all seasoned with a lot of attention to details.
