We’re hiring an Account Manager for Bucharest region!
Are you a motivated, strategic, and energetic Account Manager? We’re seeking someone focused on acquisition and business development who can help expand our client portfolio in Bucharest area. As the face of Fabory, you’ll design and drive effective sales strategies and build lasting client relationships.

Role Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and strategic in planning sales activities
- Self-driven, motivated, and professional
- High school diploma (or higher)
- Valid driver’s license (Category B)
KEY Responsibilities
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Implement sales plans by working with existing clients and acquiring new ones
- Lead business negotiations and stay informed on market trends
- Develop and present sales offers
- Provide technical advice on Fabory’s range of fasteners
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Inside Sales teams
- Maintain Fabory’s reputation as a reliable and competent partner
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Acquire new clients and nurture long-term partnerships
- Develop a growth strategy centered on customer satisfaction and profitability
- Research new markets and customer needs
- Organize and attend meetings with potential clients
- Advocate for Fabory’s solutions, aligning with client goals
- Draft contracts in compliance with legal guidelines
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and feedback
