Job Description

Position Summary
We are currently offering a full-time position as a digital fashion executive for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly office. The role is ideally suited to someone who is creative, willing to learn and passionate about the fashion industry. Commercially awareness, good writing skills are desirable. Responsible for image consulting, curating personal style, and consistently providing a superior level of service. Through passionate fashion expertise. The digital fashion executive is responsible for increasing customer conversion, driving business revenue, introducing new customers to WLC and creating brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring an elevated eye and forward styling aesthetic into organizing and executing of all photo shootings;
• New designers search;
• Participates at the selection of designers, products and at the promotion campaigns;
• Seasonal campaigns, newsletters, landing pages;
• Mentor to junior team members, and positive brand advocate;
• Responsible for image consulting, curating personal style, and consistently providing a superior level of service;
• Advise clients and prospects regarding fashion trends and their individual needs;
• Collaborate with all departments;
• Work closely with the team to ensure a holistic and optimized approach to all partnership;
• Responsible for organize photo shootings;
• Manage approvals and deadlines for the team by trafficking assets to ensure that assigned lead times are met.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a marketing and/or creative industry;
• Confident trouble-shooter and mediator;
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven and able to multi-task, with solid organizational and time-management skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication;
• Bachelor’s degree;
• Fashion lover;
• Effective oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously;
• Ability to communicate effectively through a variety of platforms (Slack, Asana, Skype, Whatsapp);
• Experience as a Personal Stylist, fashion concierge or retail associate is a plus;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Written and spoken fluency in at least one other foreign language is a plus.

Desirable skills and requirements

• Good Romanian speaker;
• French / English speaker is a plus;
• Fashion lover;
• Good understanding of marketing best practices and processes;
• Strong motivation and capacity to lead by example, inspiring productivity and results;
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships in all scopes of business;
• Autonomous self-starter & confident decision-maker, able to work independently and as part of a team;
• Work closely with Sales Department to understand WLC’s aesthetic and customers style products;
• Schedule run-throughs and reviews as needed to present styling options and results;
• Manage all preparations of merchandise prior to shoots.
