A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us in driving the future of renewable energy! As a working student, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Procurement digitalization and governance projects. You’ll engage in creating and updating reports, ensuring our supply chain policies and processes are effective and up-to-date. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you manage data analysis and consolidate information from various sources, including SharePoint and Microsoft Flows. Collaborating with different departments, you’ll help coordinate tasks and contribute to a seamless workflow, all while applying your expertise in MS Office applications like PowerPoint.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide operational support in Procurement digitalization and governance projects, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in the creation and updating of reporting tools to improve visibility and decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of supply chain policies and processes, ensuring compliance and standard methodologies.
• Conduct data analysis and management, retrieving and consolidating information from various sources, including SharePoint lists and Microsoft Flows.
• Facilitate alignment and coordination of tasks across departments, promoting collaboration and communication.

What You Bring

• A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to leading change in the industry.
• Currently pursuing a degree in technical studies, Economics, Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility, Business Ethics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Queries, Power Automate, Macros/VBA, and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical abilities, enabling you to interpret and make sense of complex data effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
