What we’re looking for:

As a IT Helpdesk Technician you will provide enterprise level technical support [hardware/software]. Identify, log and escalate incidents to the correct department according to the procedures; Provide first level support for requests received through chat, phone and service desk tickets, walk-ins; Handle second level support tasks and route them to the correct department when needed; Responsible for the process of user onboarding/offboarding; Provide tech service to the company employees.

What you’ll be doing:

Troubleshooting IT problems according to the Standard Operating Procedures and previous trainings, desktop/laptop support, handling infrastructure Move/Add/Change requests, managing and maintaining telephone system/printer/scanner, support for Microsoft products [Windows, Office, M365]; Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to end-user issues; You will work as a team player in the support team and you will interface; Deploying new equipment, laptops, network equipment, phones, printers, etc.; Escalation of requests in accordance of support process; Solve technical hardware or software problems on the platforms and applications under its management in accordance with standard protocols and internal procedures; Working with well-defined SLAs and escalates incidents in the defined time window; You will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying their needs and ensuring that they are met.

What you need to know/have:

Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products; Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues; Previous work experience in a similar environment, such as helpdesk, and typical applications; Knowledge of PC operation (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, E-mail); Knowledge of troubleshooting networks, TCP/IP; IT troubleshooting via standardized procedures or via new solutions; Handling Customer IT dilemmas and/or requests; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Good communication skills; Customer-oriented and cool-tempered; Willingness to learn new IT areas and aspects; Punctual and responsible mind-set.
