Step into the dynamic world of sports with a marketing internship at our adidas Bucharest office! Applicants are considered for the available Marketing intern roles in adidas Romania.

You may have the chance to dive into the heart of our brand by assisting driving the marketing communication strategy and content creation, campaign execution, and conducting market, trend & social media research.

Whether you're supporting briefings, handovers, managing samples, the sports marketing event business or contributing to fostering strong connections with our current and / or future partners, your role will be integral in shaping the success of our brand in the dynamic world of sports.

GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS:
  • Content creation - Support creation and publication of global and local content, e.g. in cooperation with local influencers & athletes) for relevant platforms (e.g. Social Media) or Wholesale / Retail Marketing teams and initiatives
  • Marketing Strategy Support - Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, analyzing market trends, and coordinating communication activities to enhance brand exposure.
  • Partner Management - Monitor our partners’ social media presence, identify potential partnerships and propose actions in cooperation with our PR Agency, place promo orders for our contracted partners
  • Performance Reporting - Analyze and report on performance of key campaigns


WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH:
  • Student of business studies, marketing, communications, journalism or similar
  • Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (esp. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

ELIGIBILITY
  • Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
  • Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
  • Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
  • Availability for the full duration of the internship from January 2025 - July 2025
