Position Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Technical Operations, the System Integration Specialist at CallsU acts as the primary point of contact between clients' data team and our internal Ops and Tech team. Making sure that clients can be guided in integrating with our system, either via APIs or CSV and SFTP. The System Integration Specialist, will be in charge of understanding the requirements of any integration and setup, assist and review integrations as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in integrating their systems with the company's platform using APIs and CSV over SFTP.
• Monitor daily data transfers, ensuring data is sent and received correctly, and troubleshoot any errors.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure successful integration and provide ongoing support for smooth operations.
• Work with the internal Tech and Infrastructure teams to configure and set up new client integrations.
• Assist the tech team with new integration requirements, ensuring that all technical aspects are properly handled.
• Use Excel and SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for reporting purposes.
• Create regular reports on data transfers, system health, and integration performance for internal and client use.
• Proactively monitor system health, notify technical teams of any potential issues, and generate reports on data integrity.
• Document integration processes, maintain logs of data transfers, and create client-facing guides to ensure smooth onboarding and operation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience with API integrations, data formats (JSON, CSV), and SFTP protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting data issues.
• Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical clients.
• Ability to collaborate with tech and infrastructure teams on technical setup and support.
• Experience in monitoring data flows and using data extraction tools for reporting.

Compensation and benefits

• Consultancy agreement with fixed monthly salary: 1500€ gross
• 30 days of paid leave per year
