Digital Payments domain is responsible for implementing and maintaining ICT solutions to enrich UniCredit digital product offerings for Corporates and SMEs. The digital services are implemented with different platforms based on on-premises and cloud infrastructure. It enables also Corporate and SME customers to access UniCredit services through a Unified Single Platform.

What you’ll be doing

As Project Management Analyst you
  • lead, administrate or coordinate complex and/or multifunctional IT projects/programs (planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management)
  • are responsible for meeting organizational quality, reliability, schedule and cost requirements within the project
  • monitor performance and recommend schedule adaptations, cost adjustments or resource supplementation
  • apply the demand management process, joining demand, client or program managers providing project activity assessment and technical-economics evaluation
  • solve escalated project issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • review and coordinate deliverables of external contractors
  • provide timely and accurate information (status updates) to project sponsors, management and users
  • participate in budget definition based on the analysis/estimation of initial business case
  • conduct feasibility studies and field trials
  • generate, apply and communicate project management standards and best practices
  • administrate and maintain a project portfolio
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for preparing IT projects from initiative request to the final approval, supporting with solution design, driving the approval process and orchestrating the required stakeholders.
  • Assistance and coordination of the delivering factories in elaboration of correct effort and costs estimations, solution proposal and target architecture design.
  • Active management of projects risks, issues anticipation and problems identification, management of escalations. Promptly address/escalate issues or problems that can cause delays in the project activities and support their resolution.
  • Management of test plan and test execution
  • Budget and delivery monitoring as well as regular status reporting to project committees.
  • Responsibility to follow group processes and IT strategies.
  • Alignment and coordination with main infrastructure partners (e.g. VTS, Cloud Service Providers)

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the similar roles
  • Multiyear experience in complex IT banking projects, focus on cross domain topics.
  • Knowledge of PM process, methodology and tools (PPM, ALM, Jira, Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel) for supporting the project phases: planning, implementation, review and follow-up.
  • Knowledge of business requirements engineering methodology, waterfall and agile delivery, collaboration and documentation procedures.
  • Be able to plan, execute, control and manage the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time and to manage resources include personnel, finances, technology linked to the project itself
  • Domain knowledge in banking products – Payments, Current account, Lending products, Retail/Corporate Online Banking, CRM etc.
  • Knowledge to lead testing of specific project (system, user acceptance, vulnerability, performance etc)
  • Good skills in communication, English, presentation, people management, problem solving.
  • Success using agile principles to deliver great business outcomes through technology. Jira experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of UniCredit standard services, infrastructure, components and applications is a plus.
  • PM/AGILE methodology certifications are a plus.
