As a General Assistant for our 18+ AI generator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency. Success in this position involves adeptly managing content moderation, providing stellar customer support via Zendesk, handling business inquiries, and mastering various other tasks crucial to our operations. This role is integral to ensuring seamless functioning within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Customer support
• Email outreach (affiliates, partners, customers, etc.)
• Moderate content to uphold quality standards and compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer support through Zendesk, resolving queries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage incoming business inquiries, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up actions.
• Master various operational tasks and processes essential to our organization's functioning.
• Data sourcing.

Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt and learn new tasks quickly.
• Prior experience in customer support or administrative roles is preferred.
• Must be comfortable moderating and dealing with 'sensitive'/adult content.
• Intermediate IT skills.

This is a full-time (40 hours a week) full-time position. It will start remotely and might be moved to hybrid (co-working office) in the future.

Pay up to 9000 RON/month gross based on qualifications and experience.
