By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 in a remote setup.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will be the single point of contact in HR for our people and our practice leaders – building deep, personalized relationships to help our people and business thrive;
Provide personalized employee support, serving as a contact to connect people to projects, mentoring people on “best fit” roles, balancing career goals and business priorities;
Manage and lead key HR processes for practice – for example, performance management;
Provide employees coaching and mentorship on career development and learning opportunities based on a proven understanding of a person’s interests and aspirations and knowledge of Accenture’s strategic business priorities;
Use data and storytelling to deliver insights to the business around key talent related metrics;
Collaborate with other HR teams to understand talent priorities and to create and implement strategies and actions around inclusion & diversity, employee experience, and learning / up-skilling;
You will be expected to perform independently and actively contribute in team discussions, providing solutions to work-related problems;
Work with other HR colleagues to understand talent priorities and make employees aware of opportunities;
Collaborate with Employee Relations, Talent, Staffing, and Inclusion and Diversity to bring opportunities to our people;
Defines requirements to shape HR strategy, programs, processes, and services to fulfill business need;
Provides strategic and respected HR advice, handling employee discipline and grievances, as appropriate;
Be a catalyst for a great employee experience from onboarding, transitions, transfers and assignments, maternity and leaves of absence, as well as exit process.
You would also provide insight on various HR data such as attrition, headcount, etc. by using existing standard reports, requesting ad hoc data pulls to shared services.
Skills that make your work successful:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills or similar role;
Advanced proficiency in Polish;
Advanced English user;
Expert proficiency in HR;
Good proficiency in HR Process Design;
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of studies;
