What you will enjoy doing

• You will develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Also, you will utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• You will develop and facilitate new employee onboarding
• In addition, you will ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations and stay up to date with changes in legislation
• You will maintain accurate and up to date employee records, including personnel files

What makes you great

• You have a bachelor's degree in degree in Human Resources, Finance or a related field
• You have already gained at least 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment
• Moreover, you have knowledge of employment laws and regulations (human resources inspector course is an advantage)
• You have excellent English language skills
• Also, you have the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
