Junior Brand Manager

How we`d like you to be:
A- University degree;

A- Able to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines is fundamental;

A- Confident, ambitious, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment;

A- Communication, presentation and negotiation skills aEUR" proven track record of closed deals and/or partnerships;

A- Highly organized, analytical, task focused;

A- Able to work across multicultural environments;

A- Very good command of English;

A- Advanced MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) What you`ll have to do:

A- Assessment of each delivery need based on shopping events/ stock level/ future restrains in delivery/availability at supplier with internal Brand Manager capability;

A- End-to-end ordering process for all/cross categories;

A- Centralization, follow-up, issuance of invoices, facilitate availability of information for registering of invoices (merchandise, contractual, extra-contractual) between Finance and Commercial Team;

A- Solving blocked invoices/receptions/delivery situations;

A- Communicating with category and supplier for complaints/situations coming from Customer Care;

A- Listing creating and parametrization;

A- Documentation facilitation;

A- Voucher project management: align the execution with Brand Manager, set the mechanism, follow-up on implementation, visibility, report generation for approval and discount, share information with category to include in overall discount;

A- Contractual reports, ad-hoc reports; What we`ve prepared for you:
