Your role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager with strong analytical and decision-making skills to join our team in our Hotel and Hospitality Group in Romania. The Finance Manager is a key role within the management team. This person will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting department and making strategic decisions that contribute to the company's successful development.

Your Journey

  • Supervising the operations and activities of the financial accounting department.

  • Preparing and verifying tax declarations, costs, and investments.

  • Conducting internal audits and managing external audit processes.

  • Creating weekly, monthly, and annual reports and proposing cost optimization solutions.

  • Supervising tax documents and financial accounting status.

  • Creating and supervising the annual budget together with the management team.

  • Supervising and optimizing work processes and accounting software.

  • Supervising and developing the financial accounting team.

  • Working with other directors on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation programs.

  • Working closely with the management team to create, implement, and introduce plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems, and company policies, all designed to drive growth, profit, and efficiency within the company.

What do you bring to your trip

  • Previous experience in a similar role – Finance / Economic Director.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

  • Deep understanding of financial aspects, accounting laws, and regulations.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to coordinate, mentor, and guide the team.

  • Proficiency in using accounting software.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Advanced English.
