Are you passionate about ensuring seamless global logistics and export operations? Look no further! Join our team as an Export Coordinator (12 months fixed term contract) and become a pivotal part of our dynamic organization, where you'll oversee essential shipping paperwork, interact with various key stakeholders, and continuously enhance our export processes. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient export processes, driving the success of our global logistics.

A Taste of What You’ll be Doing
Ensure Accurate Export Documentation : Guarantee that all export shipments are accompanied by the correct and fully legalized shipping and delivery paperwork to prevent any delays in shipping execution.
Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination : Engage effectively with key stakeholders, including external customers and internal teams, and liaise with government agencies, embassies, and chambers of commerce for document legalization.
Export Process Management : Act as a key point of contact for export issues, generate necessary documentation, track shipments with forwarding companies and customs brokers, and implement corrective action plans to meet regulatory changes.
Regulatory Compliance and Record Maintenance : Ensure all processes comply with internal and external audit requirements, maintaining records and documentation necessary for export from the EU to all countries.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve current processes and enhance efficiency.
We’re Looking for Someone With
English proficiency.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Working knowledge of a Global Trade Management System.
Understanding of export rules and regulations, Incoterms, export documentation requirements, standard processes, and business policies.
The ability to resolve complex issues and problem-solve effectively.
