About the job opportunity

Ecolab is looking for an intern who can carry out general administrative tasks to assist an individual, a team of professionals, or specific business processes. Gathers, organizes, and evaluates fundamental data for use in reports or presentations, creating necessary charts, graphs, or tables. Manages routine correspondence using established procedures that do not necessitate managerial oversight.

What will you do?

• Data Management: Update customer information in SAP, work with the Master data team, and ensure data accuracy.
• Certificate Handling: Download and email certificates to customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Life Sciences CEE teams
• Customer Support: Assist the field sales team with various customer support tasks.
• Efficiency Projects: Participate in projects to improve work efficiency between sales support and selling teams.
• Internal Tools: Use Ecolab’s internal tools and systems to enhance organizational communication.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports as needed within the division.

What are the requirements?

• Education degree: A university degree in a business-related subject is strongly recommended.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to network and collaborate across different departments.
• Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of using computer operations, MS office.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English. Native/fluent in Romanian. German knowledge is considered an advantage
