Your role as a Low Code Developer

This is a unique chance to dive into a wide-ranging position where you can focus on communicating with the business, analyzing systems, designing great solutions, and ensuring the customer’s dream comes true. During the traineeship, you will learn all role activities step by step.

  Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs;

• Study system capabilities, and write functional and technical specifications;

• Construct Class-, Sequence-, and Statechart diagrams;

• Design, develop, and maintain software using our inhouse low code platform (CodeX);

• Test the solutions to ensure that they meet the requirements;

• Work together with talented international colleagues and customers to achieve delivery goals at very high-quality standards;

At Codeless we are passionate about converting and innovating outdated standard software or tailor-made applications to state-of-the-art software systems based on Microsoft Technology. In each project, we focus on reducing risk, high productivity, and clear results for the client. The new applications are web-based, usable on every device, and very user-friendly. Our team of 100 passionate professionals works from our locations in the Netherlands (Dordrecht), Romania (Iasi), and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).

What do you bring? Joining the Codeless Academy is 100% free and you will even get paid. To qualify for the academy, you must meet the following qualifications.

  Good understanding of UML, specifically Class-, Sequence-, and Statechart diagrams;

• 
  Good foundation in SQL Syntax and experience with Database normalization (up to third normal form). Advanced SQL knowledge is a strong preference;

• Basic knowledge of Object Oriented development and design principles;

• Eager to learn and develop yourself;

• The ability to analyze and understand complex software from both a functional and technical point of view;

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Information, Computer Science, or similar;

• Fluent in English;

• Customer-oriented and a strong belief that teamwork makes the dream work.
