Position Overview:
We're looking for a Data Analyst who's excited to go beyond the basics — someone who thrives on tackling complex challenges, creating clear insights, and shaping the future of analytics at Showpad.
As a Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our Data Science and Analytics team: owning impactful projects, and working closely with senior peers to solve real business problems. This is your chance to shine as both a builder and a learner in a high-growth, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst, you'll be a driving force behind Showpad's data-driven culture. You'll work on high-impact projects, deliver clear and actionable insights, and help shape the way our teams use data to make smarter decisions.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Lead well-scoped analytics projects that uncover user behavior trends, product performance insights, and business opportunities.
- Dashboard & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that help teams make informed decisions — all while keeping data quality front and center.
- Data Transformation: Write clean, maintainable SQL and contribute to robust data pipelines and models that align with best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to support strategic goals with data.
- Innovation & Optimization: Identify automation opportunities and suggest improvements to tools, processes, and team workflows.
- Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data privacy standards like GDPR.
- Communication: Translate complex data into clear stories and present insights confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming complex datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Effective communicator who can simplify complex findings and present them clearly.
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, eager to learn and contribute to a growing team.
Plus Points:
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data environments
- Experience/ curiosity about data science and advanced analytics techniques
You'll Thrive Here If You:
- Are naturally curious and excited by solving tough data challenges.
- Enjoy both diving deep into data and collaborating with others to drive impact.
- Have a "quality-first" mindset and take pride in clean, reliable work.
- Like balancing technical ownership with opportunities to mentor and grow.
Company Highlights:
