Job Description

• Execute rollout projects for all Flexus modules (forklift, tugger train, AGV) in our plants and warehouses worldwide, adhering to established standards for IT projects;
• Analyze plant process needs and translate them into the project’s specification book;
• Create test plans and take the responsibility for the Testing Management;
• Lead cross-functional project teams including IT, local logistics and external service providers;
• Align implementation activities with project timelines, milestones, and objectives;
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and take proactive measures;
• Communicate project updates and status to relevant stakeholders including management;
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of the implementation processes and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Information Technology, Logistics Management or a related field;
• Proven experience in project management and proven track record of successfully implemented logistics IT projects;
• Knowledge on SAP WM and AGV based automation;
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring the highest quality of implementation;
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to travel up to 30% worldwide with the focus on the EU region.
